Thomas Owen Mellor, 60, of Sebastian, FL died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at his residence.
Mr. Mellor was born October 27, 1949 in Providence, RI and moved to Vero Beach eight years ago from Hope Valley, RI.
He worked as a Steam Fitter for Local 476 (51). He was a 32nd Degree Mason and Past Master of Charity Lodge in Hope Valley; a Shriner and member of the Clown Unit with the nickname of Happy.
Survivors include his son Thomas Owen Mellor, III of Pawtucket, RI; daughter Leah G. Mellor of Phuket, Thailand; three grandchildren; and former wife Ellen Mellor of Vero Beach.
He was predeceased by his brother.
