Thomas Ennalls Pat Waggaman, III, 54, of Vina del Mar, Chile, Capitol Island, ME and Vero Beach died unexpectedly Wednesday, February 10, 2010 in Vina del Mar, Chile.
Mr. Waggaman was born March 22, 1955 in Washington, DC and was a lifelong resident of Vero Beach. He had attended local schools in Vero Beach before attending King Williams College in Isle of Man; Phillips Academy in Andover, MA; and Simons Rock in Great Barrington, MA. He received an BA from Occidental College and an MBA from Harvard University. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Cape Horners of Chile. In 1994 he founded Marine Imaging Systems (Marimsys S.A.) in Vina del Mar, Chile and continued to grow the company until the time of his death.
Survivors include four daughters, Erika Ann Ellis Waggaman of Durango, Colorado; Janet de la Patagonia Waggaman, Laura Waggaman and Isidora Valenntina Waggaman of Chile. Also, two sisters: Ann and Martha Tyler Waggaman both of Vero Beach.
He was predeceased by his parents Thomas Ennalls and Barbara Grady Waggaman.
Services: There will be a Celebration Gathering at the family home in Vero Beach on Monday, February 15th from 4 until 8 p.m. Interment will at Johns Island Cemetery at a later date.
