Tito Fernandez, 69, of Vero Beach, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce. Mr. Fernandez was born November 27, 1943 in Cuba. He had been a resident of Vero Beach for six months, coming from Tobyhanna, PA. Prior to his retirement he worked for Merck Pharmaceuticals for seven years. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Miriam Fernandez of Vero Beach; sons, Michael and Henry Fernandez both of Vero Beach; daughters, Ashleigh and Faith Fernandez both of Vero Beach; sisters, Anna Paradez of Miami, and Hilda Rozalez of Elizabeth, NJ; brother, Manual Virelles of Miami; twelve grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Services: A visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m., with a service starting at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach.
