Antoinette (Toni) Duprey, 92, died Friday, January 18, 2013 at her son's home in Houston, TX. She was born in Quebec, Canada, and had lived in Fort Pierce for 30 years, coming from Bristol, CT. She retired from the Vero Beach police department, and she was a member of the Easter Star Chapter 135 of Vero Beach for 50 years. She attended Christ Church of Vero Beach. Survivors include her sister, Pauline Thibault; sons, Lee Calloway and John Calloway; stepdaughter, Chris Rogers; stepson, Danny Duprey; grandchildren, Jamie Calloway and Jason Calloway; three great-grandchildren, Kayley Calloway, Sarah Calloway, and Carter Calloway; and three step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Duprey. A visitation will be held from 5:30-6:00 p.m., with a prayer service starting at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach. The Eastern Star will hold a special ceremony immediately following the prayer service. There will be a reception at the Masonic Lodge in Vero Beach at the conclusion of the funeral services.
