Tristan was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 24, 1980 to Michael R. Faulman and Ann F. Holmes. He died at age 42 in Vero Beach, Florida. When he was 4, his family moved to Vero Beach where his parents had grown up and where his grandparents and many relatives still reside.

He graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1998 and from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2002. Over the next few years, Tristan worked at various positions in the family business. In 2008, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The following years involved numerous medical treatments, a seizure disorder and constant struggles with addiction.

Tristan is predeceased by his grandparents and his father.

He is survived by his mother, Ann Holmes, sisters Tiffani (Jim) Buckley, Amy Faulman, Erin Faulman, niece Stella Buckley and nephews Sam Buckley and Noah Stucchio. He is also survived by his step-mother Brenda Faulman and her children Jessica Gross & Jeffrey Gross as well as many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 1150 41st Avenue, Vero Beach, on Friday, December 30 at 11:00 a.m.
