Obit: Vivian J. Wilson
Vivian J. Wilson, 83, of Vero Beach, FL died Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Wilson was born August 23, 1927 in Michigan City, IN and moved to Vero Beach in 1982 from Baltimore, MD.
She had worked for Westinghouse as a circuit board assembler prior to retiring 43 years ago to continue as a homemaker. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach and belonged to her community bridge group.
Her survivors include her husband of 64 years Harold W. Wilson of Vero Beach; a son Roderick N. Wilson, Sr. of Harrisburg, PA; a grandson Roderick N. Wilson, Jr. and family, including great-granddaughter Zoey Marie Wilson, of Baltimore, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Garland and Anna Phillips, and her daughter-in-law Karen Wilson.

Services: The family will receive friends 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Friday, March 25, 2011 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach. A funeral service to celebrate her life will begin at 10 AM, Saturday, March 26, 2011 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home with Dr. Charles C. Lever of the First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach officiating.
