Walter Krauz, 85, of Spanish Lakes Fairways, Fort Pierce, FL died Monday, August 31, 2009 at his home.
Mr. Krauz was born July 6, 1924 in Franklin, NH and moved to Fort Pierce in 2000 from Franklin, NH.
He had worked as a custodian for Bessie Rowell Elementary School in Franklin and was of the Catholic faith. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the US Army Air Corp and a member of the Den Brae Golf Club in Sanbornton, NH.
Survivors include his life partner Janet Fillion of Fort Pierce; sons Walter Krauz, Jr., John Krauz, and Richard Krauz all of New Hampshire; daughter Bonnie Riberdy of New Hampshire; sister Frances Karlberg of New Hampshire; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Norma Krauz and a daughter Tanya Krauz.
Services: A graveside service will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Franklin at a later date.
