Walter Loucks, 69 of Vero Beach, FL passed away on Monday, February 13, 2012 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL.
He was born March 29, 1942 in Elkhart, In and was a resident of Vero Beach for 6 years, coming from Ohio.
Mr. Loucks was a Grant worker and Volunteer at The Women's Refugee in Vero Beach, FL.
Survivors include his sisters Maria Sims of Davison, In, Barbara Lilly of Goshen, IN, Carol Gongwer of Oro Valley, AZ; and one brother Paul Loucks of Bristol, IN.
Memorial contributions may be made to Women's Refuge, 1850 Lemon Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Morningstar Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach, FL with Pastor Dennis Rupert officiating.
Arrangements are under the directions of Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach, Florida. Condolences may be sent to www.coxgiffordseawinds.com
