Obituary
William Bouloute Bernard, 56, of Vero Beach, passed away March 18, 2021.
Born December 22, 1964 at Port-AU-Prince, Haiti, he was a son of the late Felicita Bouloute & Wilfred Bernard.
A truck driver by trade, William was a man of God & loved to share the word any chance he got.
He enjoyed African culture and political debates; he was a proud recent recipient of his United States Citizenship.
He is survived by his children, Cindy & William, Jr.; brothers, Sony Orphe & Dieune Cantave; Niece & nephews, Deidra, Peterson, Junior, Thierry & Jason; and many other loving family and friends.
Funeral services are to be held Saturday, March 27th, 3:00 p.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Chapel followed by interment in Crestlawn Cemetery.
