William F. Dooling, 80 of Ft Pierce, died Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Consulate Health Care of Vero Beach.
He was born April 8, 1930 in New York, NY and had been a resident of Ft. Pierce since 1970, coming from New Jersey. William graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy in New Jersey and IRCC and Barry University. He was a Red Cross and fire arms safety instructor, co-owner of the Monkey Tree Child Care Center and a transportation coordinator for both John Carroll High School, and St. Lucie County for 20 years, until his retirement. William also had his pilot and boat captain license.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Evelyn Dooling; daughters, Brenda Martin and Liz Kiley, both of Ft. Pierce; son, Robert Dooling of Ft. Pierce and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 PM, Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach, a Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 PM.
