William Charles Foster, 74 of Vero Beach, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 14, 2019 in VNA Hospice House. Born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 24, 1944, to Charles Howard and Mary Cecelia Foster, he moved to Miami, Florida in 1951. He graduated from the University of Miami, majoring in Greek and Hebrew studies and also attended Faith, Fuller and Dallas Theological Seminaries.

Bill worked for Eastern Airlines as a computer programmer and retired to Vero Beach in 2012 with his sister, Sue Niles and niece, Brenda Niles, who survive him.
