William R. Klein Sr, 91, of Fort Pierce passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at his home.
Mr. Klein was born December 1, 1920 in Raritan, NJ. He had been a resident of Fort Pierce for 25 years, coming from Liverpool, NY.
He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
He retired in 1981 from Carrier Transicold company as a superintendent.
He was a member of Lakewood Park Methodist Church.
Survivors include his daughter Jan Nassef of Brookshire, TX; grandsons Zac Klein of Westminster, MD and Jason Klein of Annapolis, MD; granddaughter Lisa Marlowe of Katy, TX; 2 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jane and his son Bob.
Services: A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2012 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach, FL.
