William S. Henry, Sr., 83, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Henry was born June 8, 1925 in Cambridge, MD and moved to Vero Beach forty years ago from Washington State.
Prior to his retirement he had worked for Piper Aircraft. He was of the Methodist faith and a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Navy.
Survivors include his sons William Henry, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Michael Henry and Patrick Henry both of Seaford, VA; sisters Velma McConnell of Federalsburg, MD, Shirley Burns of Salisbury, MD and Fay Pritchett of Davie, FL; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Eula Henry.
Services: At the request of the family there will be no services.
