William Vivona, Jr

William Vivona, Jr, 82, of Vero Beach, FL., passed away on Friday, August 31 ,2012 at Indian River Medical Center.

Mr. Vivona was born September 28, 1929 in Newark, New Jersey and moved to Vero Beach, FL 19 years ago, coming from Union, NJ.

He served in the United States Marine Corp.

He was a member at St. Helen Catholic Church.

Prior to retirement he worked at Suburban Whole Sale Florist for 44 years in Chatham, New Jersey.

Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years Stella Vivona of Vero Beach, Fl; three sons William Vivona III of Bound Brook, NJ; Michael Vivona of Union, NJ and David Vivona of Vero Beach, FL; daughter Sharyn Doutt of Hopkinsville, KY; sister Vivian Burke of West Palm Beach, FL, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory with a service at 5 pm. Deacon Charles Weir will be officiating.
