Obit: Wilson B. Greer
Wilson B. Greer, 95, of Vero Beach, FL passed away Sunday, January 27, 2008 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Greer was born October 5, 1912 in Owensboro, KY and moved to Vero Beach in 1992 coming from his birthplace. He was a member of the First Church of Christ in Vero Beach. He was an auditor for Owensboro National Bank prior to his retirement and a member of the Kiwanis Club in Owensboro, KY. Mr. Greer was a veteran of WW II, serving in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law Kaye and Lawrence West of Vero Beach; sisters Margarine Taylor of Owensboro, KY, and Ann Ambrose of Chandler, AZ; grandchildren Amanda Lewis and her husband Douglas of Colleyville, TX, and Spencer Guymon West of Vero Beach and a great-grandson Riley Guymon West of Vero Beach.
Wilson was predeceased by his wife Ada.
Services: A private graveside service will take place at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
